Let’s Get The Paperwork
Out of The Way

Your Utility Services Contract is how you know what services you are receiving from Wyse and outlines what you can expect from us as your utility billing provider.

The best – and fastest – way to complete your contract is online. It's easy and makes sure you can take advantage of all our service and support offerings. Be sure to complete all the steps. You'll be asked to verify your email and service address to complete registration.

If you still prefer printed documents, just ask your leasing agent or purchaser's representative for a paper copy of the Utility Services Contract, fill it out, and return it to the agent or representative.

Understanding Your First Bill

Here’s what you need to know about your first utility bill from Wyse.

Your first bill should arrive in six to eight weeks after you receive confirmation that we have processed your contract.

That first bill will include a one-time account setup fee and the first of six monthly installments of an interest-bearing security deposit (if applicable), as well as the approved rates for utility consumption, including Wyse’s service fees. After that, bills will arrive monthly, but will only include consumption charges, Wyse’s service fees, and deposit installments until paid in full after six bills.

Third Step

Waiving or Reducing Your Security Deposit

Wyse’s residential customers can waive their interest-bearing
refundable security deposit in one of four ways:

Sign up for the Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP) plan

Provide a reference letter from a previous service provider

Provide a credit report with a score of 750+

Provide proof of enrolment in a social assistance program or contact Wyse for other lower income options

Your deposit will be refunded after 12 months of good payment history, or if you move.
