Wyse has launched a new customer portal. MyAccount is the best way to stay on top of your utilities usage and saving.

Manage your account settings, make payments via credit card, view bills, monitor usage, discover ways to save, and more.

Here’s how to enjoy the full features of the new portal:

For Previous Portal Users

Register for MyAccount. Bring your new Wyse account number (received via email on December 5) and service address postal code. Once the online registration form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to complete your account registration process.

This is all new and registration is important – your login and password for the previous portal will not work on MyAccount.

Don’t say goodbye to your historical bills just yet. Visit wyselegacybills.conservice.com and use your original portal credentials to download your billing history. Available until Jan. 5, 2024.

For New Wyse Customers

Sign up for MyAccount. We’re excited to have you join. As you need an account number to register, you can either wait for your next bill to arrive (which will feature your account number) or, if eager to get started with MyAccount, contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@wysemeter.com or 1.844.411.0663.
