When your time with Wyse comes to an end, we make
it easy for you to move on,  with simple steps to close your Wyse account. Please note that Wyse accounts are suite-specific. If you’re moving to a new suite or a new building metered by Wyse, we’re happy to continue servicing you and will help you open a new account.

Let’s Get The Paperwork Wrapped Up

You’ll need to complete a Moving Notification Form at least four weeks prior to your lease-end date or ownership-end date. Be sure to include your forwarding address! There are a few ways to fill the form out:

Access the Moving Notification Form directly by clicking here, fill it out and submit online. All information will be verified with your property manager.

Log onto MyAccount, click on Forms, locate Moving Notification Form, fill it out and submit online. All information will be verified with your property manager.

If you prefer printed documents, ask your leasing agent for a copy of the Wyse moving notification form to fill out by hand and return to them.

Final Bill

Receiving & Paying
Your Final Bill

You will be billed until the end of your lease or ownership date. Your final bill will be sent to your forwarding address within four to six weeks of your lease-end date or ownership-end date. If applicable, your deposit will also be refunded at this time.
